If there’s one thing people love about Windows Mobile it’s the ability to customize. ThrottleLauncher, which is billed as the “future UI for Windows Mobile” has now been completely rewritten but still maintains full compatibility with all of the themes (like the iPhone and Hero themes we spotted earlier). It’s much smoother and faster than previous versions with kindetic scrolling, widgets, plugins, animation support and weather display.
