Android 2.2 ROM for Galaxy S appears online

An Android 2.2 ROM has popped up on samsung-firmwares for the Samsung Galaxy S. There's a few issues, such as the wireless location not working and the internet stopping sometimes, but this - apparently - is a test ROM "by Samsung" carrying version I9000XXJP1.

If you've got yourself a shiny new Samsung Galaxy S then we'd probably recommend that you don't upgrade to this right now. It really is for the hardcore ROM chefs.
