This one has been rumoured for a while and it's still difficult to seperate the fact from the fiction, however a picture of the new Sony Ericsson Xperia X3 has now appeared on 4pda.info. Sony Ericsson have already launched the X1 and X2 but both of these are powered by Windows Mobile. The X3, as you can see, is a Google Android device and it's yet another handset manufacturer to cross over to the Android OS.
The specs on this one are a little vague currently, but we're hearing that Android 2.0 will be on board and a Qualcomm 1Ghz CPU will make this the second 1Ghz Android, after the Acer Liquid). An 8.1 megapixel camera, 3.5mm audio port and a November announcement are also rumoured with a January / February launch and a choice of two colours (black or white).
