HTC Hero Nordic Update online - others to follow?

Oo.. What's this then ? The long-awaited HTC Hero update? Well yes, but it's the Nordic update - version 2.73.405.5.

It's the official version and upload method for HTC Hero owners in Nordic countries, so if you got yours direct from HTC head over and get it. We can only assume that the UK and other versions will follow up very soon indeed. As you may know the only way to get these thus far has been via some tweaking.

The benefits of this update include speed and stability enhancements plus touch-focus in the camera app. We'll keep you posted on the UK one!

Update - Woah - update on this one. Swedish website swedroid.com has spotted some problems with this and, according to a HTC response, they're being advised not to install this until tomorrow?! This machine translation has more on the second page.
