Portuguese mobile network Optimus has just launched a free GPS navigation app for Windows Phones. Called amAze it's got turn-by-turn navigation, 15 different languages, satellite view, speed trap notices and weather forecasts too.
I've just given it a try and, after changing the language to "English" I could then alter the country to "United Kingdon" too. Initially it seems to work well and, although we still reckon that Google Mobile Maps is a better option, this is a nice little app for free :) Download the app on the link below or type dl.locationet.com/optimus on your phone browser.
