A week with the HTC Hero - Day 5

Apologies in advance if you've not received a response to emails, I'm off the net all weekend but there's just been time to get day 5 of our week with the HTC Hero online. This time we take a look under the battery cover and answer a few of your questions - one person wanted to know how the media player interacted with the OS, plus we have a look at some of the ringtones, how calls are made and more.

Thanks in advance for all your questions. I am trying to get through them all but we do only have limited time with this handset.
