It's been some time since we spotted the Samsung i640 as "Coming Soon" on the Vodafone website. David B has emailed in to point out that it's now available to buy.
It costs absolutely nothing on selected plans and comes with a 2 megapixel camera, microSD slot, tri-band GPRS / EDGE and 3G connectivity. Although it's available to personal customers it's still showing as coming soon to business customers.
