Showing off the latest handsets at the Mobile World Congress is all well and good, but there aren't many you can go out and buy yet. The Samsung SGH-i780 is an exception, and you can purchase it right now on Orange. Forum member "krowboi" has just received his, so he's sent a few snaps in for us to drool over. His first thoughts?
"It's fast. The 'mouse pad' took about five minutes to get used to, even though it's touch screen I've only used my fingers once. The stylus is fiddley in comparison. It comes with two batteries(!) and the charger connection is not miniUSB, it's the standard Samsung charger."
The Samsung (SGH) i780 has GPRS/EDGE, 3G/HSDPA, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and runs Windows Mobile 6 Pro. The screen is 320x320 and there's two cameras - a 2 megapixel round the back and a video one for calls at the front.
