Many thanks for your understanding and thoughtful comments over the last few difficult days. At times like this it's reasurring to have so many people supporting me and I really appreciate it. I still have a very difficult day coming up on Thursday but I know that my dad would want me to carry on with all this.
I've managed to finish off the review of the HTC Shift. Simply put this is a fully-featured Windows Vista PC that's smaller than the average hardback book. It's also got a Windows Mobile-esque interface called "HTC SnapVUE" which gives direct access to your email, calendar and contact information without having to turn the device on - a massive battery-saver.
