Orange Romania have launched the SIM+ card alongside this - the Orange SPV C100 handset. The Windows Mobile 5.0 powered Smartphone has a 1.3 Megapixel camera, MicroSD slot, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth, IR and a lower-than-normal 176x220 resolution screen.
The C100, known also as the HTC Oxygen, runs the new Orange SIM+ technology, which enables additional storage capacity on the SIM itself. This can be up to 512Mb and means that MP3s, photos, videos and more can be pre-loaded and saved onto the phone without any extra memory cards having to be shipped with the phone.
No news as yet on whether this handset will show up on any other Orange networks, however we'll let you know when we find out.
