Orange France are to carry a new handset soon called the SPV M650. This will be the GPS-enabled HTC Artemis / P3300 we've seen previously. There's a story on this at mobinaute.com, however it's backed up by info at Orange.fr plus pictures hidden away on the Orange site.
This, along with the M700 (which also shows up on orange.fr) should definitely brighten up the winter months. The Orange Navigation system developed by Webraska will probably feature on the M650 as will Wifi and Bluetooth but, alas no 3G.
