Yes, we're first with the news again. Guess what this is? Yes, it's the new o2 XDA Orbit and it's now on the o2 UK website. Wait though, it's only just appeared on the "Coming Soon" pages so you'll have to wait a bit longer yet. It shouldn't be long though, because o2 reckon it'll hit the shops this month. Excellent news!
The Orbit comes with on-board GPS and the UK launch comes hot on the heels of the o2 Germany who are selling it with TomTom 6 and a 512Mb MicroSD card. The XDA Orbit comes with a TI OMAP 850 CPU running at 200Mhz, Quadband GSM/GPRS, IR, Bluetooth and Wifi. There's also a scroll wheel and back-lit trackball control system for easy navigation in the dark.
The o2 XDA Orbit - the HTC Artemis that we revealed would be launched on o2 way back in August should be hitting the shops soon. You can get notified when it's released by registering for updates here.
