This story from last week caused quite a stir around websites. We announced that the new Samsung i300 - coming soon to o2 - will be running Windows Mobile 5.0. We were told by o2 themselves that this was so and had no reason for doubting it. However, we've now received word from Samsung themselves that this isn't quite right - it will in fact run Windows Mobile 2003 SE.
Apologies for that. We went with the information we had at the time.
