The San Francisco is the first Orange-branded Android phone specifically targeted at the budget end of the market. Although budget-priced, it packs in an impressive specification, including a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen at 480×800 pixels.
The Android v2.1 operating system provides true flexibility with access to the Google Play Store where 1000's of new applications and content are available for download. Combined with Oranges pay as you go Dolphin tariff the San Francisco will be a low cost option for those wishing to try an Android phone.
Along with the usual Android services, Orange has also pre-loaded a few applications of their own that include Orange Maps (in conjunction with the in-built sat nav), Orange Messenger by Windows Live, Orange App Store and email management. Other tantalising features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G web browsing, GPS and a 3.2 megapixel camera.
The Orange San Francisco boasts a large 3.5 inch touchscreen and expandable memory via a microSD card (2GB card included) and help to make this budget device a great buy.
