A month later I received a bill and the contract hadn't been cancelled, so called them back and after several escalations was told couldn't find any notes but as a GWG would cancel it then. Several escalations and a lot of phone calls later I eventually got it cancelled and the money refunded but it has left a very sour taste in my mouth with regards to the network and I would certainly have to think long and hard before committing to a contract with them.
