Tesco drive-thru goes wrong

Woaha! Check out that parking! According to the news the driver of this old Roller decided to take his anger out on Tesco after a bed he'd ordered turned up without a mattress. Although The Sun states that he was drunk and was simply a drink driver, the Telegraph states that he was angry that a bed, ordered from Tesco Direct, had turned up without a mattress. His wife told the paper ..
"I am standing by Robert - he had a genuine complaint with Tesco. We had ordered a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed from Tesco Direct but when they delivered the bed it did not include a mattress which we thought we had paid for.
Robert went down to see the manager but he said there was nothing he could do about it."
So, what to do ? Write to the management? Call the customer service department ? Get your receipt that shows the purchase of the mattress?
NAH!!! Just drive your car through the window!!! That'll fix it!!!
