Available in May, this will cost you €149 (£127.74) in either black or white. It’s another phone from TCL and this is a pretty entry-level affair. The Alcatel A3 actually has a higher resolution camera than its bigger brother, the A5 LED. Here you’ll get a 13 megapixel rear cam with a flash and a 5 megapixel front one.
It has a glossy finish and a 5″ screen (1280×720), which is only a smidgen smaller than the 5.2″ screen on the A5 LED. Inside there’s 16GB of storage and 1.5GB of RAM, but you get a microSD card slot for a bit more space. It has a 2460mAh battery, 4G, Bluetooth 4.2 and WiFi connectivity plus HPS, FM rafio, dual SIM and a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core 1.25GHz CPU. It measures in at 124 x 70.5 and is 8.65mm thick.
Very entry-level / starter, but it is €149.
