This is a nice time-killer, and you don’t even need to worry about getting the app, because there isn’t one. Whether you’ve got an iPhone or Android, just head over to quickdraw.withgoogle.com and draw the object or animal that the website tells you to doodle.
It’s a simple game. You’ve got 20 seconds to draw it on your phone and the “Google neural network” will attempt to guess what it is. On Android you’ll get a voice too, and it’s actually quite addictive and fun.
I’ve found that I’m absolutely rubbish at drawing a kangaroo and a frog. It’s a good laugh but, even when you’ve had enough, you can have a play with some of the other AI experiments that Google has on offer. There’s an image recognition site, a drum machine and much more. Give them a try :)
