aLLreLi Dual Port USB Travel Charger – Review

aLLreLi Dual Port USB Travel Charger Review
Boosting your battery back up is a daily task. Here we have a charger from aLLreLi. It’s ideal for travellers as there’s a stack of slot-in interchangeable plugs in the box. Here in the UK I’m obviously using the UK adapter, but you get the EU plug, Australian and American.

This particular charger has two USB outputs, and you basically just ram in the cable for your device. It’ll charge pretty much everything including iPads, iPhones plus Android smartphones, tablets and other gadgets. It’s the full 24W and chucks out 4.8A – 2.4A per port. Plus, and this is something I really haven’t seen before, there’s an LCD display so that you can see exactly how much charge is going into your device. It uses something called “Smart IC technology” to basically detect your device and to deliver the fastest and safest amount of charge possible.

This is currently selling for £9.99 on Amazon and, as you can see from these shots, it showed me just how much charge was going into each device. To begin with I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do with this particular information, but you can see the output drop when a device is fully charged. This’ll let you know that it’s time to remove the device because it’s fully charged.

Overall

Simple, quick and safe. It does what it should. Devices charged quickly and I didn’t experience any issues.

Charges quick, does the job and the double USB output is beneficial even if you never travel with it.
