Google Opinion app delivers (a little bit) of free Google Play credit

Surprisingly, Google doesn’t quite know everything about you. Not yet anyway. Sure, your phone will be telling Google where you work, where you live, what you look like and perhaps those several cheeky trips to McDonald’s, but there’s probably a bit more detail they can get if, let’s say, they asked.

Now there’s one of those “opinion” apps from the search giant, and you can grab the Android version here. Like similar apps, it’ll ask you some marketing questions and then you’ll probably get some emails / calls / offers hitting your phone soon after. However, in addition to the possible junk mail you’ll get some Google Play credit for completing each task.


You’re not exactly going to be a millionaire, but it will at least mean you can buy some paid-for apps with your credit. If you do this enough then you could start buying movies and more
