If you’ve been won over by the Samsung Galaxy S6 brothers then nearly every UK network has announced pre-orders and pricing. Here’s a run-down of the options available to you if you’re looking to get one.

EE

Samsung Galaxy S6 (32GB) for £49.99 up front and then £43.49 per month. That’s on the 24-month 4GEE Extra plan which means unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 4GB of data.

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge for £49.99 up front and then £53.49 per month for the same minutes and text deal as above but with 20GB data.

The 4GEE Extra plans include texts and calls across the EU and the UK’s fastest 4G speed

The 32GB and 64GB versions are available but the latter goes up in price. As an example, the S6 on the 4GEE Extra package with 10GB data and unlimited texts and calls is going to cost £43.99 up front and £53.49 per month. Something like a 2GB plan on 4GEE Extra is going to cost £46.99 per month with a £69.99 payment.

Benefits include

WiFi Calling, so you can make and receive calls over your WiFi even if you don’t have a GSM signal.

Pre-orders include a £20 voucher for money off selected official Samsung cases.

Three

Pre-orders are available from March 21st and here’s a table of the prices …

By the looks of this it seems like the S6 64GB version isn’t available.

Benefits include

By the time you get the device you’ll be able to use it in Spain and New Zealand (as well as the other 16 Feel At Home countries) for no extra cost. Likewise, Three won’t charge any extra for you using 4G. Handsets are also supplied unlocked.

Vodafone

Pre-orders are available now. Prices start from £48.50 for the S6 and the S6 edge for £53.50 per month on the Vodafone Red 4 L plan. You get 7GB data and unlimited everything else on that.

Voda are offering the Galaxy S6 in the 32GB, 64GB and 128GB versions at £43.50, £48.50 and £53.50 per month. There’s a £19 up front payment on the 128GB one. This will get you 4GB of 3G data and unlimited everything else.

Likewise, Voda are dishing up the S6 edge in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB versions

Benefits include

The Red plans include free access to Spotify Premium, Sky Sports Mobile TV or the NOW TV Entertainment Pass.

Tesco Mobile

Both the S6 and S6 edge will be available from just £36 per month with no up front fees and free 4G. These special launch plans include double data. For the cost you’ll get 2GB data and 1000 minutes with 5000 texts. Pre orders starts March 21st and both devices are going to be available in black, white or gold. The Galaxy S6 edge, on the special Double Data promotion, is available for £43.50 per month you can get the device with
1000 minutes and 5000 texts with unlimited data.

Benefits include

No extra for 4G. If you choose an Anytime Upgrade contract you can do just that. Double data if you’re quick.

O2

Both devices are available on the network. The 64GB black and white model is available to pre-order from April 10th with the gold one available from May 1st. They’re also selling the 128GB versions but they’re not available for pre-order.

The S6 edge is available from £53 per month with a £9.99 up front cost (64GB version). No prices are available on the 128GB version just yet.

The S6 can be ordered for £48 per month with no up front payment for the 32GB model or £53 for the 64GB one in black, white or gold. No prices on the 128GB one again as yet.

You can get the S6 for just £18 per month and receive 2GB data plus unlimited everything else per month, but there’s the small matter of a huge £649 up front payment.

Benefits include

O2 Priority for exclusive offers and tickets etc. O2 WiFi, free Fitbit Charge wristband.

Carphone Warehouse

The base model S6 32GB is available for £39.50 with a £25 up front cost. That’s on Voda and gets you 4GB of data with unlimited everything else. The 64GB version is up for £48 with a £9.99 payment to give you 2GB data and unlimited everything else in O2. The 128GB model is £43.50 per month but with a £119.99 fee up front. That gives 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data.

If you’re after the S6 edge then expect to pay £48.50 per month plus a £49.99 fee for the base 64GB version with unlimited everything and 4GB data or £39.50 for the same deal on the 128GB version with a £159.99 fee.

Direct

Go ahead and pre-order the S6 SIM-free directly from Samsung. As an example the 32GB S6 will cost a cool £599. The S6 edge in a 64GB version is a cool £760. Oh yes.
