Sony Xperia T3 Announced

Sony have sent us some pictures of their slim new phone. Renowned photographer Benjamin Kaufmann took the shots of the stainless steel handset and, I have to say, they’re pretty beautiful.

It is, according to Sony, the slimmest 5.3″ smartphone in the world and has a HD Triluminos display (1280×720) with the Mobile Bravia Engine. The other details, which you can check here, include a Snapdragon 1.4 GHz Qualcomm quad-core CPU, 8 megapixel rear camera with Sony Exmor RS, a 1.1 megapixel front shooter, WiFi Miracast, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA, NFC, screen mirroring, aGPS, WiFi and a 2500 mAh battery.

Powered by Google Android 4.4 (Kitkat) it has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and up to 32GB via the microSD card.

Here’s a look at the phone in action..

This will be available at the end of July. The key selling point seems to be the slim design and that camera tech, which includes a “Superior Auto” mode that’ll recognise up to 36 scene types and adjusts the settings automatically,
