This, if BGR is to be believed, is the new Amazon smartphone. The image comes straight out of Amazon and has apparently been confirmed by “trusted sources”.
Rumoured details include a 3D gesture and eye tracking control system and six compact camera modules of which four will be VGA cameras. These will be positioned in each corner to track your hands and eyes so that you can effectively wave your hands in the air (like you just don’t care) to operate certain features.
Other specifications will apparently include a 13-megapixel rear camera, 12 megapixel front camera (?!), a 4.7″ 720p HD screen, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU and 2GB of RAM.
Like the Kindle tablets, you’ll get there entire Amazon experience with very little resemblance to the usual Android interface.
