Moto X specs leak alongside white press renders

Excitement over a new Motorola phone is something the world hasn’t experienced for many a year, but the Moto X is causing quite a stir. This is made all the more curious as it’s not exactly well specced. Unlike the impressive 3300mAh battery from the RAZR Maxx, the latest leak is that it’ll have a decidedly average battery too.

Leaky old @evleaks has tweeted that it’ll be a 2200mAh non-removable jobby, as seen in FCC tests.

Android Police have managed to get hold of some images showing benchmark details and pretty much the whole spec, here is what they’ve gleamed from Antutu

– dual-core Qualcomm S4 Pro MSM8960DT 1.7GHz CPU, Adreno 320 GPU
– 2GB of RAM
– 720×1184 4.7″ display
– 2.1MP front-facing camera / 10.5MP rear camera with flash
– 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi
– Android 4.2.2
– 16GB internal memory, 12GB of which is user-accessible
– 2,200 mAh non-removable battery
– 128.5mm x 65mm

Moto X specs leak alongside white press renders

As shown in Aran’s post yesterday, there’s also been another press render, this time in white (which should please a couple of revered tech bloggers). There’re likely to be many, many colours that consumers can specify themselves, but as with the black renders, it does look rather tasty.
