A number of Google apps have been updated recently. Google Drive, the online storage facility, has now got an updated Android app. The improvements include a new grid view to make file-finding easier, a “quick preview” option and the ability to scan documents, receipts and letters.
In addition you can download files to your phjone (provided you have Honeycomb or above) and there’s a new spreadsheet editor. We’ve taken some screemnshots of the new version which you can see in the gallery below, but it’s a must-have if you want to access and store files in one safe place. You can also share files with others, manage stuff when you’re out and create or edit documents on the move.
