Google I/O confirmed for 15-17 May 2013

Vic Gundotra has just announced over on Google Plus that next years I/O event will take place between the 15th and 17th of May at the normal location of the Moscone Centre in San Francisco.

This is the Google version of the Apple event WWDC for tech fans and is often where you see new devices or services announced, and we are hoping to see the new version of Android, 5.0 Key Lime Pie during this event.

One problem Google have though……. how on earth can they top last years event which included the Nexus 7, Nexus Q as well as a demo of ‘Project Glass’ involving skydiving onto the top of the centre?

Just in case you did miss out on the action, the whole first day is featured on a YouTube video above.

One thing is for sure, Google I/O can’t come fast enough!!
