HTC Desire V brings us dual-SIM action

HTC Desire V brings us dual SIM action

Yeah I know, I bet you thought that we’d only see the “One” handsets from HTC this year. Wrong. Since the HTC One X, HTC One V and HTC One S appeared we’ve seen the HTC Desire C and now this, the slightly confusing HTC Desire V.

I say confusing purely because the “Desire V” instantly made me think of the HTC One V.

This ticks one of those boxes – a dual-SIM smartphone. Ideal for business people who are given a business mobile that they don’t really want to carry around. It looks to be arriving in the Ukraine first and has Beats Audio, a 1GHz CPU, 4″ WVGA display, 5 megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. HTC are bundling in free Dropbox storage for 2 years again too. It’s powered by Android 4.0 and Sense 4.0.

It looks like only one of the two SIM cards will support data, but that shouldn’t be a massive issue if your second SIM is from your employers.

You can get it from early July exclusively in “Allo” stores with estimated cost of 3800 UAH, then it’ll be will be available in the Ukraine in other retail stores from August.
