Orange Tahiti Tablet now on sale

Orange have just announced their new 7″ tablet running Android Honeycomb 3.2. This isn’t the first time Orange have sold their own Android tablet, and we asked Anne Bouverot last year (when she was Exec VP of Mobile Services at France Telecom) whether their re-branded Huawei S7 would be coming to the UK. This one looks to be the Huawei Mediapad.

The Tahiti has a dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm CPU, 5 megapixel camera, aGPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 3G+ data connection. It’ll cost just £69.99 on monthly plans of £25 per month. It’s great to see that Orange have finally brought an own-brand tablet to the UK.
