In the last couple of hours Sony Ericsson (finally) officially announced the Xperia play.
Sony have just made this long rumoured device official, and dished out lots of information for our reading pleasure!

Of course, the phone specification isn’t really the story here, it’s the Gaming part that makes this unique and In my humble opinion,will make this device a very decent seller!
Sony say it’ll come with preloaded games and 50 titles available for 20 different publishing partners. It can also use a mini Wifi hotspot to multi play with other devices.
March is the release date being mentioned, that is over the pond in America, but you have to think a worldwide release would be on the cards.
