Orange Project JAL – Own-brand Android phone coming

Orange Project JAL Own brand Android phone coming With cheap Android devices like the Vodafone 845 entering the market it’s hardly surprising that other networks are about to do the same. Orange are prepping a “Project JAL” device which will be own-branded and is believe to be based on the ZTE Blade, pictured below. Another ZTE device – the Racer – was scooped up by Three recently.

The ZTE Blade was on show at the Mobile World Congress and – when we spotted it – had Android 1.6 with a 3.5″ WVGA screen, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and FM radio.
