It’s iPhone 4 launch day, but something has occurred to us.
Apple seem to have dealt a bit of a blow to Windows Mobile 7, purely through releasing SOMETHING this summer.
With all the buzz an Apple product launch generates, all the networks now doing the iPhone and networks doing Early Upgrade Offers on iPhones, suddenly Apple are tying up a large chunk of people into 2 year contracts, just ahead of the WM7 launch.
Windows Mobile could turn out to be blinding, but people won’t be able to get it, because they tied into Apple this June.
That’s good strategy from Apple, but more bad news for Windows Mobile 7.
