We’ve just had word that the all conquering HTC Desire is due to travel to America very soon. Our sources state that the handset will be available in the US “via select regional operators” and it’ll be in shops as early as August.
It’ll carry the same 1GHz CPU, Android 2.1 and Sense interface and HTC state that this is the “next step for HTC in bringing the power of Android to even more consumers” after the huge success of the HTC Hero in the States.
