Motorola Dext UK announcement – Demo video

Motorola Dext UK announcement Demo video Last night Motorola did the UK launch of their Android QWERTY – the Dext. This is the device we saw last week and will be launched in the USA as the Cliq. Details of the availability on Orange have now become even clearer, with the handset being completely free for customers taking out a £34.26 per month, 24 month contract. This package includes 900 any-network call minutes, unlimited texts, Orange Maps and inclusive anytime internet browsing. Oh, and while I’m here I should just mention that Orange is doing 500MB data plans now on Dolphin 30, 35 and SIM-only plans.

The Dext has a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera, 3.5mm headset jack, microSD card expansion, GPS, WiFi and 3G connectivity. Orange have literally just put a press announcement online here with a overview video showing you the phone in action – click on to see it.
