Next week it’s the GSMA Mobile World Congress. From here on in you’ll see it called “MWC” for short and you may remember it known as 3GSM World Congress. It’s the biggest exhibition for the mobile industry and we’re expecting to see some rather major announcements from Microsoft and many handset manufacturers during the coming week.
Keynote speakers include representatives from Verizon, Vodafone, Qualcomm, Telefonica and Steve Ballmer from Microsoft. Heck, even actor Kevin Spacey will be there. HTC will be there, as will LG, GigaByte, Toshiba, Acer and many others. Expect a very busy week of announcements and launches. We’ll be bringing them all to you the minute they occur.
