We’ve had an interesting little utility added to our download area recently. It’s called Mobile Media Center and it installs on your PC. Just grab it, choose your phone (I selected “Pocket PC / Unlisted make”), then run it. It’ll sit on your PC and – by logging in with the IMEI number on your phone – will let you connect to your machine anywhere in the world and view your pictures, movies or music.
The Mobile Media Center software is fully configurable – you can alter the streaming quality, ports, folders and more. I’ve just installed it on my PC and I can now access my personal photos even when I’m out and about – ideal for showing relatives! Flat-rate fans will love the ability to stream their own music and videos, direct from your home machine. This is a splendid bit of software – give it a try, it’ll cost you absolutely nothing ! 🙂
