Apple get heavy with Windows Mobile iPhone videos

Remember this story from last week? We told you about the Apple iPhone interface that had been created for the Pocket PC. It looked excellent and emulated the iPhone well. A little too well in fact, and Apple instructed their lawyers to hunt down any website merely linking to the download. They’ve now even stopped this video, which merely showed the skin in action.


What now ? Well, the guy who uploaded the video has posted details of his discussions with Apple. He was merely showing what Windows Mobile could do, however Apple say that the logos and designs are their copyright and shouldn’t be used.


Well, fear not. The video is still online here and no doubt it’ll keep popping up again if it gets removed. This video is worth a watch too.
