I get many emails asking how to browse Flash capable sites on a Windows Mobile device. Firstly you’ll need to install Flash, which you do by downloading this CAB file, dragging it onto your device and installing it. You’ll then be able to browse sites which use Flash, although unfortunately this only works on Pocket PC. If you get stuck, try our article about this.
So, let’s say you’ve done all that and you’ve got Flash installed on your device. What now ? Well, mirPod is a good place to go – it lets you search through Podcasts and other audio treats and then allows you to listen to them through the magic of online streaming. Behold! The CoolSmartphone podcast could be pumping out of your speakers in seconds… hmmm, that reminds me, I really must do some more podcasting! :)
All you need to do is open your mobile browser and type www.mirpod.com/podcast_player.php and you’re away – it also works on a regular browser too, so you can give it a try now.
