We were lucky enough to attend the Orange Partner Camp earlier this year and we had a really educational and fun time. You can join in too because there’s another one just next week and you can still sign up if you’re quick. Held from October 23rd – 25th October 2006 in Cadiz, Spain, the Partner Camp lets you network, exchange ideas and meet senior executives from Orange.
This really is a unique event. It’s the only event in the world which is run by a mobile network operator for both existing and potential partners. You can learn, network, exchange ideas, program code and test against the Orange network and devices. This is something that a lot of networks just don’t do and, for this year, “convergence” is a definite key-word. Five key elements will be covered – orange multimedia and entertainment, convergence initiatives, driving ahead for the Orange business market, hooking up with Orange plus networks, platforms, OSs and testing.
