French phone site Mobinaute.com have a preview on yet another GPS-enabled handset, this time it’s good old HTC back again with the HTC Galaxy here. We saw some murmourings about this a few weeks back but these are the first real photos we’ve seen. This news is just a day after the Register grabbed the exclusive on the Mio A701 handset with GPS on-board.
Mobinaute.com are expecting this to be available in France in November. It’s yet another device with Windows Mobile 5.0 on board, a QVGA TFT screen, 300Mhz processor, SD/IO and MMC and Bluetooth plus Wifi. For some reason there’s 64MB of ROM Flash and just 32Mb. The GPS chip is a SiRFStar III.
