UBiQUiO 501 - That TechFaithWireless handset is back

Back in April we showed you a QWERTY device from TechFaithWireless which certainly showed promise. Well now it's back in the form of the UBiQUiO 501 on Expansys preorder.

It's a Windows Mobile 5.0 powered Pocket PC with a 2 megapixel cam, WiFi, stereo Bluetooth, 64Mb internal memory and (obviously) a QWERTY keyboard. Selling for (wait for it) £319.95, this tri-band handset will retail for £319.95 and is powered by a TI OMAP 750 running at 200 MHz.
